The explanatory note of the diploma project consists of five sections, contains 33 figures, 13 tables, 1 appendix, 28 sources. The diploma project is devoted to the development of a system to support communication between customers and software developers based on the cross-platform messenger Telegram. The purpose of the development is to provide multifunctional communication between the developer and the customer, as well as to eliminate the situation of dishonest behavior through the use of Telegram chats and the creation of Telegram bots. The information section provides examples of input and output data of the developed software product. The section of mathematical support is devoted to the meaningful and mathematical formulation of problems, the solution of which is necessary for the realization of the purpose of development.A description of how to create a bulletin board and software development solutions is described.
