Об'єктом дослідження є підприємство ТОВ «Таврія». Предметом дослідження є шляхи зміцнення конкурентної позиції підприємства ТОВ «Таврія». У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи розробки стратегій розвитку підприємств роздрібної торгівлі, а саме: сутність та класифікація стратегій розвитку. Проаналізована господарська діяльність ТОВ «Таврія», здійснена оцінка її ефективності. Запропоновані пропозиції щодо вибору стратегічних напрямів розвитку ТОВ «Таврія» та проведена оцінка їх ефективності з метою зміцнення конкурентної позиції підприємства. The purpose of this work is to develop a development strategy of "Tavria" LLC aimed at strengthening competitive positions. The object of the study is the enterprise "Tavria" LLC. The subject of the study is the ways to strengthen the competitive position of the company "Tavria" LLC. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of development strategies for the development of retail trade enterprises, namely: the essence and classification of development strategies. The economic activity of "Tavria" LLC was analyzed, and its efficiency was assessed.
