У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи використання трудових ресурсів, а саме структура та показники ефективності їх використання. Проведено аналіз ефективності використання трудових ресурсів торговельного підприємства ТОВ «Валтава». Запропоновані основні шляхи підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів ТОВ «Валтава» та економічно обґрунтувано ефективність рекомендованих заходів. The purpose of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the use of labor resources of Valtava LLC and to determine ways to improve them. The object of the study is the labor resources of Valtava LLC. The subject of the study is the effectiveness of the use of labor resources of "Valtava" LLC. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the use of labor resources, namely the structure and indicators of the effectiveness of their use. An analysis of the effectiveness of the use of labor resources of the trading enterprise "Valtava" LLC was carried out.
