The work examines the peculiarities of the provision of administrative services by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Features and foreign experience of providing such services are highlighted. The innovative features of the provision of such services through informatization and the introduction of a single portal "Action" are highlighted.
