Qualifying bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and the formation of practical recommendations for the development of the cryptocurrency industry as a promising area of the global financial market. The theoretical essence and basic operations with cryptocurrency, the role and place of the cryptocurrency industry in the world financial market are considered. The peculiarities of normative regulation of the cryptocurrency industry in the world and in Ukraine are described. An analysis of current trends and challenges in the development of the cryptocurrency industry in the global financial market are carried out.
