The paper analyzes the modern problems of the health care system of Ukraine, the ways to solve them and the effectiveness of the implementation of the Ukrainian democratic model of management, the influence of the manager and his competence as a manager; an effective leadership style in organizations working in the field of health care is proposed; the social relations that arise in the process of managerial activity between the manager and the staff are investigated; an overview of the humanistic leadership styles of the manager in the structural subdivision of the health care institution was proposed, an anti-crisis program of the infectious boxed department No. 1 of the Saint Zinaida Children's Clinical Hospital SCC was developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
