Другий розділ роботи присвячений аналізу системи управління оборотними коштами в Полтавській дирекції АТ «Укрпошта», виявленні при цьому недоліків та вплив на фінансову діяльність підприємства. А також провадився горизонтальний та вертикальний аналіз фінансової діяльності підприємства. Третій розділ роботи присвячено розробці шляхів оптимізації оборотних коштів на аналізованому підприємстві на основі виявлених недоліків In the first section of the thesis, a study of theoretical aspects of the formation and use of working capital and methods of their rationing was carried out. The second part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the working capital management system in the Poltava directorate of JSC "Ukrposhta", the identification of shortcomings and the impact on the financial activity of the enterprise. A horizontal and vertical analysis of the company's financial activity was also conducted.
