Qualifying bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and the formation of practical recommendations for the activities of transnational corporations and their role in modern international economic relations. The formation and essence, functions and role of TNCs in modern international economic relations are considered. The analysis of tendencies of development and investment activity of TNCs in the world market is carried out.
