Розглянуто аспекти та методологію розробки стратегічних документів громади, SWOT-матрицю існуючої стратегії розвитку Сумської міської територіальної громади. Досліджено основні напрямки розвитку Сумської міської територіальної громади, а саме: характеристика населення, трудових ресурсів та безпеки, аналіз економічного розвитку та фінансовий стан. Розроблено сценарні підходи до вибору стратегії розвитку Сумської міської територіальної громади. Матеріали роботи будуть корисними для виконавчих органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування. The work examines the peculiarities of strategic planning in the Sumy city-territorial community. Aspects and methodology of development of community strategic documents, SWOT-matrix of the existing development strategy of the Sumy territorial community were considered. The main directions of the development of the Sumy territorial community were studied, namely: characteristics of the population, labor resources and security, analysis of economic development and financial condition. Scenario approaches to choosing a development strategy for the Sumy territorial community have been developed.
