Розширено дані щодо використання засобів та методів технічних прийомів борців із дзюдо на етапі початкової підготовки. Доповнено дані біомеханічних показників елементів техніки кидків з урахуванням фізичної та координаційної складності. Практична значимість полягає у можливості використання теоретичних положень та методичних рекомендацій управління тренувальним процесом юних спортсменів, які спеціалізуються у боротьбі дзюдо, на етапі початкової підготовки в умовах ранньої спеціалізації. Практичні рекомендації містять розподіл навчального матеріалу з циклічним повторенням різноспрямованих кидків, що забезпечують формування раціонального техніко-тактичного базису. The characteristic features of the basic technique of young judokas in the conditions of early specialization, which includes forms of organization of classes, individual means of the technical arsenal of throws in the conditions of different mutual stances in the projection to the horizontal plane, have been revealed. The data on the use of means and methods of technical techniques of judo wrestlers at the stage of initial training have been expanded. Data on the biomechanical indicators of elements of the throwing technique have been supplemented, taking into account the physical and coordination complexity. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using theoretical provisions and methodological recommendations for managing the training process of young athletes who specialize in judo wrestling at the stage of initial training in conditions of early specialization.
