Доповнено та розширено зміст навчання манер ведення бою у юнаків 16–17 років із кьокусінкай карате. Практичне значення роботи пов'язана з розробкою змісту навчання манер ведення бою у карате кьокусінкай. Запропоновані варіанти освоєння характерних манер ведення бою дозволяють підвищувати професійний рівень у питаннях тактико-технічної підготовки, покращувати контроль за підготовкою спортсменів, скорочувати час оволодіння каратистами тактико-технічними структурами в ефективних манерах ведення двобою. Запропоновані практичні рекомендації можуть застосовуватися під час вирішення прикладних завдань із тактико-технічної підготовки в кьокусінкай карате. The tactical characteristics of fighting manners in kyokushinkai karate are determined based on the identification of sparring-style single blows, a series of blows and a combination of blows performed by athletes at the stage of preliminary basic training. The content of teaching the fighting manners of 16-17-year-old boys with kyokushinkai karate has been supplemented and expanded. The practical significance of the work is related to the development of the content of teaching fighting manners in kyokushinkai karate. The proposed options for mastering the characteristic manners of fighting make it possible to raise the professional level in matters of tactical and technical training, to improve control over the training of athletes, and to reduce the time it takes karatekas to master tactical and technical structures in effective manners of fighting a duel. The proposed practical recommendations can be applied when solving applied tasks of tactical and technical training in kyokushinkai karate. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
