Практична значимість полягає у можливості використання теоретичних положень та методичних рекомендацій у процесі організації та управління тренувальним процесом спортсменів, які спеціалізуються з боротьби дзюдо. Практичні рекомендації дозволяють доповнити новим змістом діючу програму ДЮСШ з дзюдо та використовувати тренерами у тренувальному процесі комплекс ситуаційних завдань. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using theoretical provisions and methodical recommendations in the process of organizing and managing the training process of athletes who specialize in judo wrestling.
