За результатами огляду літератури підібрано марку сталі, розроблено технологію виготовлення деталі «вал-шестерня редуктора» та запропоновано оптимальний спосіб термічної обробки деталі. Досліджено структуру та властивості сталі після термічної обробки. Проведено вибір основного та допоміжного обладнання та на основі річної програми розраховано необхідну кількість та спроектовано термічну дільницю. The working condition of the "gear shaft-gear" part is analyzed and the requirements to the materials from which it is made are formulated. Based on the results of the literature review, the steel grade was selected, the technology of manufacturing the "gear shaft-gear" part was developed and the optimal method of heat treatment of the part was proposed. The structure and properties of steel after heat treatment have been studied.
