The economic situation of the country at the current stage of development is in a rather difficult situation and requires immediate actions aimed at its improvement. Due to the growing need for attracting additional financial resources and unfavorable conditions for obtaining them with subsequent irrational use, the increase in the debt burden on the budget of Ukraine is quite a challenge.
