Мотивація має безпосередній вплив не тільки на гносеологічну активність школярів та їх бажання вчитися, а й впливає на ефективність і практичну результативність навчальної діяльності. Актуальність результатів дослідження зумовлена провідною роллю мотивації у професійному розвитку майбутніх спеціалістів. Розуміючи особливості його структури, вміння впливати на зміну ієрархії мотивів навчання студентів у процесі їх навчально-професійної підготовки, викладач вищої школи може зробити процес навчання не лише професійно спрямованим, а й особистісно орієнтованим. У навчанні мотивація виражається в прийнятті учнем навчальних цілей, завдань як особистісно значущих і суб'єктивно необхідних. У зв'язку з цим важливо розуміти, що навчальна діяльність завжди полімотивована, а мотиви навчальної діяльності не існують ізольовано один від одного. The article is devoted to the problem of studying the motives of educational activities of students of different ages with different levels of success. Motivation has a direct impact not only on the epistemological activity of schoolchildren and their desire to learn, but also on the effectiveness and practical effectiveness of educational activities. The relevance of the research results is determined by the leading role of motivation in the professional development of future specialists. Understanding the peculiarities of its structure, the ability to influence the change in the hierarchy of students' learning motives in the process of their educational and professional training, a teacher of a higher school can make the learning process not only professionally oriented, but also personally oriented. In education, motivation is expressed in the student's acceptance of educational goals and tasks as personally significant and subjectively necessary.
