Ідея донорства крові стала важливою темою досліджень у сфері маркетингу, оскільки маркетингові стратегії можуть сприяти підвищенню конкурентоспроможності як окремого центру крові, так і галузі в цілому. Робота спрямована на дослідження проблем ринку ценрів крові та визначення тих, які можна вирішити за допомогою маркетингових інструментів. Служба крові України стикається з багатьма проблемами, кожну з яких можна віднести до однієї з наступних груп: інформаційні, матеріально-технічні, виробничі, безпекові, фінансові, політичні. Водночас за допомогою маркетингових інструментів можна вирішити лише інформаційні та логістичні проблеми. Rapid changes in the market situation are forcing companies to look for ways to increase the competitiveness of their products. The same applies to health care facilities, blood services in particular. The topic of blood donation has become an important topic of research in the field of marketing, as marketing strategies can help increase the competitiveness of both the individual blood center and the industry as a whole. The work aims to study the problems of the blood service market and identify those that using marketing tools can solve. The Blood Service of Ukraine faces many problems, each of which can be attributed to one of the following groups: information, logistics, production, safety, financial, political.
