Світогляд Європейського Союзу базується на шести основних принципах цінностей: -свобода, можливість особистості робити вибір, що впливає на її життя; -демократизм, можливість впливу громадян на державні процеси. Прозорість і легітимність влади, що відстоює інтереси суспільства; -повага до людської гідності, забезпечення гідних умов життя в різних сферах -рівність, заборона дискримінації за будь-якою ознакою. Кожен має право бути повноправним членом суспільства; -дотримання прав людини, в тому числі прав меншин, всі люди мають рівні права від народження; - верховенство права, влада діє виключно згідно з усіма постановами. Ці цінності є основою світогляду кожного європейця, який прагне жити в безпечній, комфортній і вільній країні з єдиними правилами. The concept of "value" is closely linked to the needs, interests of the individual and society. The worldview of the European Union is based on six basic principles of values: -freedom, the ability of the individual to make choices that affect his life; -democracy, the possibility of citizens' influence on state processes. Transparency and legitimacy of the government that pursues the interests of society; -respect for human dignity, providing decent living conditions in various fields -equality, prohibition of discrimination on any grounds. Everyone has the right to be a full member of society; -respect for human rights, including the rights of minorities, all people have equal rights from birth; - the rule of law, the government acts exclusively in compliance with all regulations.
