Наголошено, що проблема судової корупції є характерним явищем для держав, які тільки розвиваються. Така корупція завдає більшої шкоди, ніж будь-яка інша, оскільки навіть припущення про корумпованість судової влади викликає великі сумніви щодо успішності антикорупційної діяльності та ефективності правового захисту через судові засоби. Наголошено, що корупція в судовій системі неминуче породжує недовіру до владних інституцій в цілому, особа не може відчувати себе в безпеці, адже не вірить у правові можливості захисту свого порушеного права. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of corruption in the judicial system and the level of its influence on the implementation of the principle of judicial protection. It is emphasized that the problem of judicial corruption is a characteristic phenomenon for developing countries. Such corruption is more damaging than any other, as even the assumption that the judiciary is corrupt raises serious doubts about the success of anti-corruption activities and the effectiveness of legal protection through judicial means. It was emphasized that corruption in the judicial system inevitably generates distrust in the power institutions as a whole, a person cannot feel safe, because he does not believe in the legal possibilities of protecting his violated right. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
