Зауважено, що важливим стало створення Служби підтримки NCTS (Helpdesk). Служба підтримки є єдиною точкою контакту для суб’єктів господарювання та працівників митних органів щодо NCTS – з технічних, процедурних та інших питань. Розглянуто способи комунікації користувачів Служби підтримки, структурні частини та особливості її функціонування. З’ясовано способи забезпечення Службою підтримки безперервної роботи процедури спільного транзиту. The paper is dedicated to the join to the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure which is implemented with the help of such tools as the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS). It is stressed, that joint Ukraine to the Convention is an additional measure for contraction against violations of the Customs Legislation by the dishonest business which strives to avoid paying Customs payments. The Convention provides a lot of advantages. In particular, it provides opportunities for Ukrainian carriers and Customs brokers to use transitional simplifications and to increase their business. It is mentioned in the paper, that fully using the Common Transit Procedure provides maximally approximative involving entities of foreign economic activity. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
