При написанні роботи використано 15 літературних джерел. Графічна частина роботи складається з 8 аркушів формату А1 вирішення загальних питань машинобудування 1-2 листи; схеми виконання технологічних операцій; моделювання операції з G-коди для її виконання на вибраному верстаті з ЧПУ; складальні кресленики верстатних пристроїв для реалізації технологічного процесу. В дипломному проекті проведено аналіз службового призначення та умов роботи деталі «Каретка верстата» в вузлі, конструкція деталі відпрацьована на технологічність, обґрунтовано форму та спосіб виготовлення заготовки деталі. Розроблено новий технологічний процес виготовлення деталі«Каретка верстата», вибрано технологічне обладнання, різальний, контрольно-вимірювальний інструменти, пристосування. Розраховані припуски на обробку деталі, режими різання та норми часу, як аналого-розрахунковим методом так і табличним. Розроблено та оформлено комплект технологічної документації. Розроблено та розраховано конструкцію спеціальних верстатних пристроїв для 025 Багатоцільова та 035 Вертикально-свердлильна операцій. Проведено економічні розрахунки щодо вартості виготовлення деталі «Каретка верстата». Мета роботи технологічного розділу – проектування маршрутного та операційного процесів виготовлення деталі «Каретка верстата». Основне завдання конструкторського розділу - проектування двох верстатних пристроїв для виконуваних технологічних операцій. Explanatory note of the bachelor's thesis project on "Design and technological support for the manufacture of parts" Carriage machine "consists of 145 sheets of A4, contains 75 illustrations, 28 tables, 10 appendices, which contain technological maps (route, operational maps and sketch maps), specifications of machine tools, technical characteristics of the equipment used. 15 literary sources were used in writing the work. The graphic part of the work consists of 8 sheets of A1 format for solving general problems of mechanical engineering 1-2 letters; schemes of technological operations; modeling of G-code operation for its execution on the selected CNC machine; assembly drawings of machine tools for the implementation of the technological process. In the diploma project the analysis of service purpose and working conditions of a detail "Carriage of the machine" in knot is carried out, the design of a detail is worked out on manufacturability, the form and a way of manufacturing of preparation of a detail are proved. A new technological process of manufacturing the "Machine Carriage" part has been developed, technological equipment, cutting, control and measuring tools, devices have been selected. Allowances for machining of details, cutting modes and time norms are calculated, both by analogcalculation method and tabular. A set of technological documentation has been developed and designed. The design of special machine tools for 025 Multipurpose and 035 Vertical drilling operations has been developed and calculated. Economic calculations on the cost of manufacturing the part "Carriage machine". The purpose of the technological section - the design of routing and operational processes for the manufacture of parts "Carriage machine".
