Завдання роботи полягають у: визначенні теоретико-методичних основ енергозбереження у водогосподарській галузі як драйверів розвитку регіону; елементів кластерного аналізу в дослідженні енергоефективності; оцінці та можливості реалізації програм енергозбереження; аналізі використання енергоресурсів; аналізі державних програм енергозбереження; розгляду та дослідженню реалізації програм енергозбереження у водогосподарській галузі на прикладі діяльності Міжрегіонального офісу захисних масивів дніпровських водосховищ; внесенні пропозицій щодо вдосконалення та розвитку програм енергозбереження у водогосподарській галузі. Об’єктом дослідження є система енергозбереження у водогосподарській галузі України та Київського регіону. Предметом дослідження є сукупність заходів суб’єктів водогосподарської галузі Київського регіону щодо підвищення рівня енергозбереження та енергоефективності The Master’s thesis aims to study of the state of activity of entities in the water management industry of the Kyiv region, prospects for development and modernization in the direction of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement. The objectives of the Master’s thesis are: determining the theoretical and methodological foundations of energy saving in the water management industry as drivers of the region's development; elements of cluster analysis in energy efficiency research; evaluation and possibility of implementation of energy saving programs; analysis of the use of energy resources; analysis of state energy saving programs; consideration and research of the implementation of energy saving programs in the water management industry on the example of the activities of the Interregional Office of the Dnipro Reservoirs' Protective Areas; making proposals for the improvement and development of energy saving programs in the water management industry. The object of the research is the energy saving system in the water management industry of Ukraine and the Kyiv region.
