Для досягнення окресленої мети поставлено такий комплекс завдань: узагальнити науковий доробок щодо дослідження загальної характеристики інвестиційних інструментів фінансового забезпечення розвитку міст; дослідити бюджетні інструменти формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату на місцевому рівні; виявити сучасні тренди реалізації інвестиційної політики та покращення бізнес-середовища на місцевому рівні; проаналізувати виконання місцевого бюджету розвитку та здійснити оцінку інвестиційної привабливості Ірпінської територіальної громади; сформулювати напрями удосконалення інструментів ефективного залучення та використання інвестицій для сталого розвитку міст з урахуванням європейського досвіду. Об’єктом дослідження є інвестиційні інструменти фінансування місцевого економічного розвитку. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та прикладні засади використання інструментів залучення фінансових інвестицій у місцевий розвиток. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological provisions and develop practical recommendations regarding tools for effective attraction and use of investments in urban development. To achieve the defined goal, the following set of tasks was set: to summarize the scientific work on the study of the general characteristics of investment instruments for financial support of urban development; to investigate budgetary tools for the formation of a favorable investment climate at the local level; identify current trends in the implementation of investment policy and improvement of the business environment at the local level; analyze the implementation of the local development budget and evaluate the investment attractiveness of the Irpin territorial community; to formulate directions for improving tools for effective attraction and use of investments for sustainable development of cities, taking into account European experience. The object of the study is investment instruments for financing local economic development.
