Завданнями роботи є проаналізувати наукові публікації провідних вчених, які розкривають витрати на оплату праці, як об’єкт обліку та аналізу; систематизувати нормативно обліково-аналітичне забезпечення управління витратами на оплату праці суб’єкта господарювання; розглянути організацію та методику аналітичного і синтетичного обліку витрат на оплату праці; запропонувати шляхи удосконалення обліку витрат на оплату праці; Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління витратами на оплату праці. Об’єктом дослідження – це витрати на оплату праці суб’єкта господарювання. Базою дослідження виступає ТОВ НВП «ВІККОН ПЛЮС». За результатами дослідження сформульовані практичні рекомендації для покращення організаційно-методичного забезпечення обліку і аналізу управління витратами на оплату праці. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для оптимізації обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління на витрати оплати праці суб’єкта господарювання. Кваліфікаційна робота містить 95 сторінок, 17 таблиць, 21 рисунків, список використаних джерел з 43 найменувань, 2 додатків. The purpose of the thesis is theoretical justification and practical application of the tools of accounting and analytical support for the management of labor costs of the business entity. The tasks of the work are to analyze scientific publications of leading scientists that disclose labor costs as an object of accounting and analysis; to systematize regulatory accounting and analytical support for the management of labor costs of the business entity; to consider the organization and methodology of analytical and synthetic accounting of labor costs; to suggest ways of improvement of accounting of labor costs. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of accounting and analytical support for the management of labor costs. The object of the research is labor costs of the business entity. The basis of the research is "VIKCON PLUS" LLC According to the results of the research practical recommendations have been formulated to improve the organizational and methodological support of accounting and analysis of labor cost management. The results obtained can be used to optimize the accounting and analytical support for the management of labor costs of the business entity.
