У третьому розділі описано емпіричне дослідження особливостей рефлексії тілесного досвіду в контексті покращення роботи рефлексивних механізмів збереження психологічного здоров’я особистості та розробки програми тренінгу сприяння актуалізації рефлексії для покращення роботи рефлексивних механізмів збереження психологічного здоров’я особистості. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для покращення роботи рефлексивних механізмів збереження психологічного здоров’я особистості осіб, які проходять службу (працюють) у ДСНС України. The first chapter presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of the role of reflection in ensuring the psychological health of an individual. The second chapter reflects the definition of reflexive mechanisms for preserving the psychological health of an individual. The third chapter describes an empirical study of the peculiarities of reflection of bodily experience in the context of improving the work of reflective mechanisms for preserving the psychological health of an individual and the development of a training program to promote the actualization of reflection to improve the work of reflective mechanisms for preserving the psychological health of an individual.
