База дослідження виступає Державний податковий університет За результатами дослідження розроблена та апробована програма довела свою ефективність, зафіксовано позитивні зміни у розвитку всіх досліджуваних явищ. Запропоновано психолого-педагогічні рекомендації щодо оптимізації процесу адаптації, формування адаптивної поведінки студентів-першокурсників до навчання у ЗВО, що місять перелік рекомендацій для студентів, викладачів, керівництва та психологів ЗВО. The purpose of the work: theoretical and empirical study of the features of the adaptive behavior of first-year students to the educational process in a higher education institution and the influence of communicative competence on its development. The subject of research: communicative competence as a basis for the development of adaptive behavior of the individual. The research base is provided by the State Tax University. According to the results of the research, the developed and tested program proved its effectiveness, positive changes in the development of all the investigated phenomena were recorded. Psychological-pedagogical recommendations on optimizing the adaptation process, forming adaptive behavior of first-year students before studying at higher education institutions are offered, which include a list of recommendations for students, teachers, management and psychologists of higher education institutions. popup.nrat_date 2024-04-05 Close
