The monograph covers the theoretical and practical foundations of investment processes in the Ukrainian securities market. The monograph includes a study of the evolution of the securities market, in particular its investment processes. A detailed assessment of the dynamics of investment processes in the Ukrainian securities market is provided. Problematic aspects and threats to further intensification of activity in the securities market are identified, taking into account modern investment mechanisms.
