Встановлено, що чим тривалішою є окупація, тим більше людей йде на співпрацю з окупаційними силами, адже людям, які залишилися на окупованих територіях, потрібно продовжувати жити, працювати, навчатися, тобто співіснувати з ворогом на одній території. Однак зазначено, що варто розрізняти дії особи, направлені на виживання в умовах окупації населеного пункту, та умисні дії, які становлять об’єктивну сторону кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ст. 111-2 КК України. The article is devoted to outlining the features of evidence in criminal proceedings about aiding the aggressor state during the occupation of Kyiv region. It has been established that the longer the occupation, the more people go to cooperate with the occupying forces, because the people who remained in the occupied territories need to continue to live, work, study, that is, to coexist with the enemy in the same territory. However, it is stated that a distinction should be made between the actions of a person aimed at survival in the conditions of the occupation of the settlement, and intentional actions that constitute the objective side of the criminal offense provided for in Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2024-04-05 Close
