The manual discloses conceptual provisions regarding the measurement of educational achievements of junior high school students, on the basis of which the technologies for assessing the personal and educational achievements of primary school students have been developed, namely: the technology of input diagnosis of learning of primary school students; the technology of evaluating the competence results of training; verbal assessment technology; the technology of final assessment of learning outcomes of primary school graduates.
