Інформаційний простір в умовах розвитку інформаційних технологій стає все більш непередбачуваним, кількість різного роду дезінформації та неперевіреної інформації збільшується. Це стає загрозою не тільки для формування викривленого світосприйняття дійсності, але й ескалації конфліктів всередині країни. Війна росії проти України має екзистенціальне коріння, глибоко пов’язана з історичними наративами та культурними кодами, тому важливість адекватного висвітлення нинішніх подій є все більш важливим. Україна – це країна з багатонаціональним населенням, що має значну кількість міжкультурних зв’язків. Журналістика як суспільно важлива професія має висвітлювати всі процеси, що відбуваються в багатокультурному, багатонаціональному середовищі з урахуванням крос-культурної взаємодії. The article examines the problems of cross-cultural communications, which are determined by the globalization in the economy, culture, business, diplomacy, etc. since the middle of the last century. The information space, in the conditions of the information technologies development, is becoming more and more unpredictable, and the amount of disinformation and unverified information is increasing. That is a threat not only to the formation of an distorted reality perception, but also to the escalation of conflicts inside the country. Russia’s war against Ukraine has existential roots, deeply connected to historical narratives and cultural codes, so the importance of adequate coverage of events inside the country is becoming extremely important. Ukraine is a country with a multinational population, that has a lot of intercultural ties.
