The thesis consists of 64 A4-sized sheets and draws upon a total of 20 literature sources, including reference books and scientific papers. Chapter 5 of this thesis extensively discusses the issue of burr formation during drilling. The mechanism behind burr formation is thoroughly examined, followed by an exploration of methods to prevent and reduce burrs by altering the drill's geometry. The overall objective of this work is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the technological aspects involved in preparing the manufacturing process for producing a part bearing housing.
