The monograph is devoted to the study of the scientific problem of conceptual aspects of legal support of tax security of Ukraine. Based on a comprehensive analysis of theoretical provisions and norms of domestic and foreign legislation, the author formulates a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations for improving the current tax legislation in terms of legal regulation of tax security of Ukraine for the first time at the doctrinal level, based on the results of scientific research.
