Теоретично і емпірично було досліджено особливості розвитку культури внутрішньоорганізаційного професійного спілкування персоналу проектних організацій. Описано поняття професійної культури, когнітивного, регулятивного, ціннісно-смисловго її компонента тощо. У роботі використовувалися методики для дослідження мотиваційних орієнтацій у міжособистісних комунікаціях, емоційних бар’єрів, самоконтролю в міжособистісному спілкуванні. Емпірично було встановлено, що у більшості респондентів домінує середній рівень загальної гармонійності комунікативних орієнтації, нерівномірність проявів емоційних бар’єрів, пов’язаних з негнучкістю, нерозвиненістю, невиразністю емоцій та небажанням зближуватись з людьми на емоційній основі, а також середній рівень комунікативного контролю. The master's qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of the culture of intra-organizational professional communication of the staff of project organizations. Theoretically and empirically, the peculiarities of the development of the culture of intra-organizational professional communication of the personnel of project organizations were investigated. The concept of professional culture, its cognitive, regulatory, value-meaningful component, etc. is described. The work used methods for researching motivational orientations in interpersonal communication, emotional barriers, self-control in interpersonal communication. Empirically, it was established that most respondents are dominated by an average level of general harmony of communicative orientations, uneven manifestations of emotional barriers associated with inflexibility, underdevelopment, vagueness of emotions and reluctance to get close to people on an emotional basis, as well as an average level of communicative control. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
