У другому розділі досліджено методичні підходи в процесі визначення вартості об’єктів власності, визначено основні переваги та недоліки впровадженого Фондом держмайна технологічного рішення щодо автоматизованої оцінки. У третьому розділі роботи проаналізовано діяльність приватного підприємства оціночної фірми «Волфа»; розраховано вартість нерухомості з використанням Модулю автоматичного визначення вартості нерухомості та з використанням традиційних підходів; проведено порівняльний аналіз результатів, отриманих при застосуванні вказаних методів і процедур. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodical foundations, principles, methods and tools of calculating and assessing the value of property in the conditions of digitalization. Methodical regulation and legislative support of the industry are investigated in the first section of the work; the role and function of private evaluation enterprises in the system of economic relations are analyzed; the valuation activity market and the introduction of the Unified database of valuation reports with the Electronic Value Determination Module were analyzed. In the second chapter, methodical approaches in the process of determining the value of property objects are investigated, the main advantages and disadvantages of the technological solution for automated valuation implemented by the State Property Fund are determined. In the third section of the work, the activity of the private enterprise of the evaluation firm "Wolfa" is analyzed; the value of the real estate was calculated using the Module for automatic determination of the real estate value and using traditional approaches; a comparative analysis of the results obtained when applying the specified methods and procedures was carried out. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
