Охарактеризовано поняття інформаційної культури та її значення для ефективної діяльності державних служб; виокремлено складові інформаційної культури державного службовця та їх галузеві особливості; проаналізовано методичні засади формування інформаційної культури та оцінки її впливу на службову діяльність; здійснено огляд основних технологій та інструментів формування інформаційної культури; проведено розробку інструментарію формування компонентів інформаційної культури; досліджено застосування технологій формування інформаційної культури державного службовця на основі особистісних чинників; сформульовано стратегічні пріоритети та напрями удосконалення механізму формування інформаційної культури державного службовця; проведено оцінку ефективності підвищення рівня інформаційної культури державного службовця та його впливу на позитивну репутацію державного органу. Особливу увагу приділено інформаційній культурі державного службовця та засобам її формування. На основі результатів досліджень обгрунтовано шляхи удосконалення механізмів формування інформаційної культури державних службовців. У роботі було проведено SWOT-аналіз стану інформаційної культури Департаменту з питань соціальної політики, ветеранів та реінтеграції Сумської ОДА та сформовано напрямки вдосконалення функціонування інформаційного сектору в органах державної служби, що забезпечить вихід українських інформаційних ресурсів на європейський ринок, проте це потребує додаткового дослідження та створення відповідного правового поля The qualification work studied the mechanisms of formation of information culture of civil servants to ensure the development of the information society. The concept of information culture and its importance for the effective operation of public services is characterized; the components of the information culture of a civil servant and their industry specifics are highlighted; the methodical principles of formation of information culture and assessment of its impact on official activity were analyzed; an overview of the main technologies and tools for the formation of information culture was carried out; the development of tools for the formation of components of information culture was carried out; the application of technologies for the formation of information culture of civil servants based on personal factors was investigated; strategic priorities and areas of improvement of the mechanism of formation of the information culture of civil servants were formulated; an assessment of the effectiveness of raising the level of information culture of civil servants and its impact on the positive reputation of the state body was carried out. Special attention is paid to the informational culture of civil servants and the means of its formation. Based on the research results, the ways of improving the mechanisms of formation of the information culture of civil servants are substantiated. The work carried out a SWOT analysis of the state of the information culture of the Department for Social Policy, Veterans and Reintegration of the Sumy Regional State Administration and formed directions for improving the functioning of the information sector in public service bodies, which will ensure the entry of Ukrainian information resources to the European market, but this requires additional research and creation relevant legal field. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
