Проте сучасні особливості розвитку дія-льності підприємства формують необхідність використання позикових джерел для його фінансування. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглядається роль позикового капіталу в сучасному підприємництві. У другому розділі досліджується методичний інструментарій управління позиковим капіталом підприємства. The resource base of economic entities is a source for the formation of its property, therefore, the possibility of increasing it at the expense of various tools is an important issue in the development of entrepreneurial and industrial activity. Classical approaches to financial management of business entities boil down to the fact that to ensure financial stability in the capital structure, equity must necessarily prevail. However, modern features of the development of the company's activities make it necessary to use loan sources for its financing. In the first section of the qualification work, the role of loan capital in modern entrepreneurship is considered.
