Метою кваліфікаційного дослідження є розробка управлінських механізмів підвищення ефективності та практичних рекомендацій для досягнення сталого розвитку підприємства за допомогою цифрової трансформації. В рамках визначеної мети використовується один з ключових інструментів цифрової трансформації бізнесу - ERP-технології. The relevance of the topic of the work lies in the need for scientific substantiation of the use of digital transformation tools and enterprise efficiency management to achieve sustainable development in modern conditions. Given the rapid technological development, it is important to explore how businesses can adapt their operations to the digital environment, as digital technologies can help increase production efficiency, reduce operational costs, improve product quality and increase competitiveness. The aim of the research is the development of management mechanisms for increasing efficiency and practical recommendations for achieving sustainable development of the enterprise with the help of digital transformation.
