Наша держава узяла курс на реформування системи захисту прав дітей, зміну підходів до підтримки інституту сім’ї. Не зважаючи на значні зрушення у законодавчій сфері, залишається не вирішеним питанням проблема перебування значної кількості дітей у закладах інституційного догляду. Запущена у 2017 році реформа деінституалізації не дала бажаних результатів і була призупинена. Після аналізу ситуації, лише у 2023 році Україна з новими підходами, баченням робить рестарт реформування закладів інституційного догляду за дітьми. Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування і розробка пропозицій щодо удосконалення реформування системи закладів інституційного догляду та виховання дітей, розвитку сімейних форм виховання в рамках реалізації державної політики у сфері захисту прав дітей. The issue of protecting children's rights in the modern world occupies a special place in the state policy of developed countries. Our state has set a course for reforming the system of protection of children's rights, changing approaches to supporting the institution of the family. Despite the significant changes in the legislative sphere, the problem of a significant number of children staying in institutions of institutional care remains an unresolved issue. The deinstitutionalization reform launched in 2017 did not produce the desired results and was suspended. After analyzing the situation, only in 2023, Ukraine with new approaches, envisions restarting the reform of institutions for institutional care for children. The purpose of the work is the theoretical justification and development of proposals for improving the reform of the system of institutions for institutional care and upbringing of children, the development of family forms of upbringing within the framework of the implementation of state policy in the field of protection of children's rights. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
