У роботі проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку персоналу в ринкових умовах, а також досліджено та систематизовано показники і принципи ефективної системи розвитку персоналу. Проведено аналіз системи розвитку персоналу ліцею «Просперітас». Аналіз системи підвищення професійної кваліфікації співробітників ліцею показав її недоліки. Рівень кваліфікації співробітників установи зараз відносно невисокий. Аналіз системи підвищення кваліфікації показав, що керівництво ліцею організовує навчання свого персоналу, але це навчання є одноманітним і більшість працівників ним незадоволені. У роботі розроблені та запропоновані рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи навчання персоналу. Якщо впровадити в установі дані рекомендації, то методи підвищення кваліфікації будуть набагато ефективніше і цікавіші для самих співробітників. The qualification work contains 54 pages, 4 tables, 6 figures, an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of references from 27 used sources. The work analyzes modern trends in personnel development in market conditions, as well as researches and systematizes the indicators and principles of an effective personnel development system. An analysis of the staff development system of the "Prosperitas" lyceum was carried out. The analysis of the professional qualification improvement system of lyceum employees showed its shortcomings. The level of qualification of the institution's employees is currently relatively low. The analysis of the training system showed that the management of the lyceum organizes the training of its staff, but this training is monotonous and the majority of employees are dissatisfied with it. The recommendations for improving the personnel training system have been work developed and proposed in the work. If these recommendations are implemented in the institution, the methods of professional development will be much more effective and interesting for the employees themselves.
