Досліджено принципи діджиталізації бізнес-процесів і зосереджено увагу на основних цілях, перевагах і недоліках. У другому розділі проведено аналіз цифровізації бізнес-процесів у глобальному масштабі. На основі компаній LEGO, Philips, Caterpillar, Sephora, Ганзейський банк та DHL визначено, що технологічні тенденції, як Інтернет речей, штучний інтелект, аналіз великих даних і доповнена реальність, не тільки змінюють спосіб взаємодії суспільства і роботи, а й відкривають нові можливості для бізнесу та окремих людей. Україна намагається оцифрувати свої бізнес-процеси, існують значні можливості для цифрового розвитку, особливо в умовах військових конфліктів та пандемії. У третьому розділі дипломної роботи визначено економічні й соціально-екологічні можливості для заводу “Дніпровський металургійний завод ім. Петровського”. Проведено розрахунки, які визначають соціальні й економічні вигоди від впровадження цифровізації бізнес-процесів, такі як підвищення рівня зайнятості, кількість створення нових робочих місць, покращення умов праці, підвищення ефективності, зменшення нещасних випадків на підприємстві і викидів шкідливих речовин, зменшення витрат і підвищення прибутків. The first chapter of the thesis defines the theoretical foundations of business process digitalisation. The principles of digitalisation of business processes are explored and the main goals, advantages and disadvantages are focused on. The second chapter analyses the digitalisation of business processes on a global scale. Based on the following companies: LEGO, Philips, Caterpillar, Sephora, Hanseatic Bank, DHL. It is determined that technological trends such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and augmented reality are not only changing the way society and work interact, but also opening up new opportunities for businesses and individuals. Ukraine is trying to digitise its business processes, and there are significant opportunities for digital development, especially in the context of military conflicts and the pandemic. The third chapter of the thesis identifies economic and socio-environmental opportunities for the Dnipro Metallurgical Plant named after Petrovsky. Calculations have been made to determine the social and economic benefits of introducing digitalisation of business processes, such as increased employment, the number of new jobs created, improved working conditions, increased efficiency, reduced accidents at the enterprise and emissions of harmful substances, reduced costs and increased profits. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
