Другий розділ присвячений аналізу проблем та перспектив, оцінці стану в Україні та світовим практикам щодо інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку, аналізу існуючих моделей оцінки та концепцій управління регіональною інноваційно-інвестиційною діяльністю. У третьому розділі запропоновано перспективні напрямки активізації інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності регіонів України, економічно обґрунтовано концепцію інноваційної моделі регіонального розвитку України. The first chapter, "Theoretical Foundations of Innovation and Investment Activity," explores the meanings and essence of concepts, their impact on economic processes, and the tools of regional innovation and investment activities. The second chapter analyzes the problems and prospects, assesses the situation in Ukraine, and reviews global practices regarding innovation and investment development. It also analyzes existing models for assessing and concepts for managing regional innovation and investment activities.
