Досягнення поставленої мети зумовлює вирішення наступних завдань: • провести діагностику активів підприємства шляхом горизонтального та вертикального аналізу ; • зробити порівняльний аналіз активів нашого підприємства з основними конкурентами; • провести порівняльний аналіз звітних і планових (нормативних) показників функціонування активів підприємства; • здійснити SWOT-аналіз підприємства; • проаналізувати стратегічні аспекти управління активами підприємства • надати практичні рекомендації щодо ефективного управління активами підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є показники діяльності ТОВ "Укртраспневматика". Предметом дослідження виступає система ефективного управління активами в діяльності підприємства. Методи дослідження. Основою роботи є система загальнонаукових методів: метод пізнання, системний аналіз та метод імперичного дослідження, порівняльний метод та метод коефіцієнтів. The purpose of the work is to apply the business asset management system in conditions of uncertainty on the example of a specific enterprise. Achieving the set goal requires solving the following tasks: • carry out diagnostics of the company's assets through horizontal and vertical analysis; • make a comparative analysis of the assets of our enterprise with the main competitors; • conduct a comparative analysis of the reported and planned (normative) performance indicators of the company's assets; • carry out a SWOT analysis of the enterprise; • analyze strategic aspects of enterprise asset management • provide practical recommendations on effective management of enterprise assets. The object of the study is the activity indicators of Ukrtraspnevmatica LLC. The subject of the study is the system of effective asset management in the enterprise. Research methods.
