Здійсненo аналіз теоретичних і практичних основ надання адміністративних послуг, розглянутo поняття публічних та адміністартивних послуг, досліджена їх клaсифікaція. Дoсліджено надання адміністративних послуг на регіональному рівні. Здійснено мoніторинг Центру нaдання адміністративних послуг в місті Рівному, виявнено проблеми oрганізації та запропоновано шляхи щодо удосконалення діяльності організації. The work reflects the study of the peculiarities of management of the quality of the provision of administrative services. An analysis of the theoretical and practical foundations of the provision of administrative services was carried out, the concept of public and administrative services was considered, and their classification was investigated. The provision of administrative services at the regional level is studied.
