За допомогою різних видів аналізу методів і способів інформування персоналу виявлено основні помилки, недоліки та шляхи вдосконалення системи інформування персоналу в наш час. Крім того, були проведені особисті дослідження та спостереження за методами, видами та процесом інформування персоналу на різних місцях роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота містить аналіз важливості комунікації персоналу та факторів, які допомагають покращити комунікацію в команді. Визначено можливі шляхи покращення спілкування персоналу. Визначено також можливі шляхи вдосконалення використання інформаційних систем за допомогою сучасних технологій. The bachelor's thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and importance of information systems in human resources management. Using various types of analysis regarding the methods and ways of informing the staff, the main mistakes, shortcomings and ways to improve the system of informing the staff in our time were identified. In addition, personal research and observations were conducted on the methods, types and process of informing staff in different places of work, as well as at the university department and abroad. The thesis contains analyzes of the importance of staff communication and factors that help to improve communication within the team. Possible ways to improve staff communication are identified.
