Розглянуті історичні передумови, які призвели до необхідності впровадження ведення електронної документації. Виділені етапи впровадження електронного документообігу. Детально описані особливості вітчизняного електронного документообігу в галузі охорони здоров’я. Дано визначення основних понять, які з’явилися в обіході медичних працівників при впровадженні електронного документообігу. Проведено SWOT-аналіз стану електронного документообігу в інфекційному відділенні КНП «Шосткинської ЦРЛ». Надано рекомендації по удосконаленню процесу електронного документообігу, базуючись на слабких сторонах та загрозах виявлених під час аналізу. The paper describes the features of electronic document management in the medical field. The historical prerequisites that led to the need to implement electronic documentation are considered. Stages of implementation of electronic document flow are highlighted. The peculiarities of the domestic electronic document flow in the field of health care are described in detail. The definition of the main concepts that appeared in the circulation of medical workers during the implementation of electronic document management is given. A SWOT analysis of the state of electronic document flow in the infectious disease department of the Shostkina Central Medical Laboratory was carried out.
