У розділі 2 розглянуто вплив глобальної пандемії на економічну діяльність та зміну бізнес-стратегій, досліджено інноваційні підходи до розвитку та зміцнення конкурентоспроможності в умовах пандемії і виконано аналіз адаптацій бізнес-моделей до нових умов і змін, спричинених глобальною пандемією. У розділі 3 вивчено роль цифрових технологій у відновленні бізнесу та надання рекомендацій щодо впровадження бізнес-стратегій з використанням цифрових технологій. Chapter 1 examines the concept of strategy and methodological approaches to the study of strategic management, as well as the main principles of strategic management and the definition of its role in the context of crisis situations. Chapter 2 examines the impact of the global pandemic on economic activity and changes in business strategies, explores innovative approaches to development and strengthening competitiveness in the pandemic, and analyzes the adaptation of business models tonew conditions and changes caused by the global pandemic.
