Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення підходів до розвитку ринку лінгвістичних послуг в умовах цифрових трансформацій. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні основи, принципи, методи та інструменти розвитку ринку лінгвістичних послуг. У першому розділі роботи визначено світові тренди розвитку освітніх послуг; проаналізовано теоретичні підходи щодо визначення ринку освітніх послуг. У другому розділі досліджено розвитку ринку освітніх послуг в умовах COVID-19; проаналізовано розвиток ринку лінгвістичних послуг країн ЄС, ОЕСР та України. У третьому розділі роботи проаналізовано конкурентне середовище, розроблено бізнес-модель та стратегію просування бізнесу на міжнародний ринок. The purpose of the work is to improve approaches to the development of the linguistic services market in the conditions of digital transformations. The purpose of the study determines the setting of the following tasks: − to analyse the theoretical foundations of the development of the educational services market; − to analyse the development of educational and linguistic services markets in the conditions of COVID-19; - to develop a business model and a strategy for bringing the business to the international market. The object of the research is the process of improving approaches to the development of the linguistic services market in the conditions of digital transformations.
