Виділено фактори, які мають вплив на мотивацію медичних працівників. Приведено методи, за допомогою яких проводять вимірювання рівня мотивації медичних працівників. Проведено аналіз рівня мотивації працівників інфекційного відділення Шосткинської ЦРЛ. В рамках аналізу автором роботи було розроблено опитувальник, по вимірюванню рівня мотивації медичних працівників. Дано характеристику роботи інфекційного відділення КНП «Шосткинська ЦРЛ» ШМР. Розроблено рекомендації по підвищенню ефективності системи мотивації медичних працівників. Вбачається практичне застосування запропонованих рекомендацій у подальшій роботі інфекційного відділення. The theoretical basis of the motivation of medical workers has been highlighted in the thesis. The factors influencing the motivation of medical workers have been selected. The methods used to measure the level of motivation of medical workers have been systematized. An analysis of the level of motivation of employees of the infectious disease department of Shostka Central Hospital has been carried out. As part of the analysis, the author of the work developed a questionnaire to measure the level of motivation of medical workers. A description of the work of the infectious disease department of the Shostka Central Hospital of the Shostka City Council has been given. Recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the system of motivation of medical workers have been developed. The practical application of the proposed recommendations in the further work of the infectious department can be seen.
