У другому розділі оцінено інноваційний потенціал Роменського ПрАТ "Тракторозапчастина": загальна характеристика діяльності підприємства, проведено SWOT-аналіз, оцінено інноваційний потенціал. У третьому розділі досліджено шляхи підвищення інноваційного потенціалу, визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку, проведена оцінка інноваційного потенціалу. In the first chapter, the theoretical principles of the assessment of the company's innovations are considered, namely: the essence, structure and specifics of the assessment of innovation potential. In the second chapter, the innovative potential of Romenskyi PJSC "Traktorozapchastina" was evaluated: the general characteristics of the company's activity, a SWOT analysis was conducted, and the innovative potential was evaluated.
