Актуальність теми обумовлена необхідністю правильно вміти прогнозувати економічні фактори з метою подальшого аналізу тенденцій ринку нерухомості України. Мета дослідження провести комплексний аналіз залежності ринку нерухомості України від економічних факторів. Для аналізу ринку нерухомості в даній роботі буде проведений комплексний аналіз економічних факторів та їх прогнозування. Для проведення прогнозів були використані метод Брауна-Маєра та програмний комплекс Statgrafics. Провівши аналіз середніх цін на житло були зроблені висновки щодо тенденцій ринку та його привабливості для потенційних покупців. Отже дана робота була спрямована на аналіз впливу економічних факторів на ринок нерухомості України з можливістю подальшого його прогнозування. This master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of economic factors on the Ukrainian real estate market. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to correctly predict economic factors in order to further analyse trends in the Ukrainian real estate market. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the dependence of the Ukrainian real estate market on economic factors. In order to analyse the real estate market, this paper will conduct a comprehensive analysis of economic factors and their forecasting. The Brown-Meyer method and the Statgrafics software package were used to make forecasts. After analysing the average housing prices, conclusions were drawn about market trends and its attractiveness for potential buyers. Thus, this work was aimed at analysing the impact of economic factors on the Ukrainian real estate market with the possibility of further forecasting it. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
