Дослідити методи та тренди цифровізації HR. Провести аналіз впливу цифровізації HR-процесів на прикладі Microsoft. Об’єктом дослідження є HR процеси та їх управління. Предметом дослідження є процес цифровізації та результат її впливу на компанії.У першому розділі роботи викладені теоретичні засади діджиталізації HR-менеджменту, розглянуті переваги та недоліки . У другому розділі досліджено методології та підходи діджиталізації, які пропонують компанії Gartner та BCG, а також проаналізовані тренди цифровізації HR-процесів. У третьому розділі роботи проаналізовано модель та вплив діджиталізації HR-процесів на прикладі компанії Microsoft. The purpose of the study determines the setting of the following tasks: Analyze the theoretical foundations of HR management. Research the methods and trends of HR digitalization. Analyze the impact of digitization of HR processes on the example of Microsoft. The object of research is HR processes and their management. The subject of the study is the process of digitization and the result of its impact on companies. The first chapter of the work outlines the theoretical principles of digitization of HR management, examines the advantages and disadvantages. The second chapter examines the methodologies and approaches to digitalization offered by Gartner and BCG, as well as analyzes trends in digitalization of HR processes.
